Shipping

We try to keep the cost of our shipping as low as possible, because, well, we hate paying for shipping as much as you do.  The reality is that it does cost money to ship, and some items require packaging and special care.  But please be assured that we try to keep shipping costs as low as possible so you can afford more art.  We use Priority Mail primarily, but also ship using Parcel Post or First Class, depending on the size of the item.

If you are outside of the United States, please select the upgrade for your location at checkout.  We will contact you in the event shipping exceeds this estimate.

Ordering

Almost all of our items are instock and ready to ship within four business days of purchase.  In the event there is any delay, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know. 

Returns

We want you to love your purchases from Elliebelly.  If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return unworn/unused merchandise to us in resaleable condition within 14 days of shipment for a refund.

Please contact us for a return code before shipping your return and let us know why you are returning your item.  Returns must be prepaid by the customer. Make sure you insure your items, as we can only accept items in their original, resaleable condition.

Color

There can be some issues with the internet and color.  The color you see on your monitor may not necessarily be the exact color I see on mine.  Color is a subtle thing that computers do not always capture perfectly. We make every effort to insure that our colors look accurate to us on several different computers, but please be aware that there can be some variation.
